Michael Grade

Was the Chairman of Pinewood Group Limited until early 2017. He has had a long and illustrious career in broadcasting holding senior roles which include: Controller of BBC1, CEO, Channel 4, Chairman of the BBC and Executive Chairman of ITV. He is a member of the House of Lords where he is active on media related matters and support for the creative industries.

Peter Gerwe

Is an American citizen with a global footprint. Over the past thirty years he has built a number of media companies from start up to exit. He spent many years in Russia and founded, built and exited a number of companies including CTC Media, a NASDAQ listed company and a leading broadcaster in Russia; HELLO! Magazine, Russia's first and market leading celebrity magazine; Corvette Telecom, one of Moscow's leading independent Ethernet broadband internet companies. Mr. Gerwe's current investments include: Russ Outdoor - one of the world's largest outdoor billboard companies; a joint venture with Sony Pictures Entertainment to operate cable channels in Russia and the CIS and Hello TV and Hola TV - a project to build a global TV and digital ecosystem for celebrity and lifestyle entertainment, in partnership with the Spanish family that owns the Hola! and Hello! celebrity brand and magazines.

Ivan Dunleavy

Previously the Chief Executive of Pinewood Group. In 2000 Michael Grade and he led the buyout of Pinewood Studios from the Rank Group with backing from private equity group 3i. Pinewood Studios is one of the world's leading destinations for the makers of film, television, commercials and video games with operations in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
