Two years have passed since Silverhojd was rocked by harrowing events, and Eva Thörnblad (Moa Gammel) has since returned to her job with Stockholm's city police. Despite her best efforts to move on, her grief over Josefin’s (Stina Sundlöf) death and the pain that the Jordskott causes her are a struggle. Now back at work she soon finds herself being drawn into a mysterious case with a connection to her own past, and is forced to confront the mystical world she tried hard to put behind her.

Jordskott II first premiered in Sweden on SVT in October 2017. This 8 x 60' thriller proved a major hit with more than 1.6 million consolidated viewers for its premiere. It has since been viewed in over 50 territories, achieving notable success in France on Arte & becoming the highest rated drama of the year in the UK on ITV Encore.
